I was home anticipating the delivery, so it was retrieved right away. By no means was this handed “directly to the customer”, nor was it signed for. I shudder to think a $3000 purse was left sitting on my porch, especially 2 weeks before Christmas!!! Unacceptable!!!

Customer review: What a cute purse! I will admit I found this after seeing a picture of Katie Holmes with a bag like this. And then I read an article saying that stylists are saying suede bags are going to be in this season lol. As others have mentioned, this bag is a little bit smaller than it might appear in the pictures. But that actually works for me. More of a handbag than a tote bag. Great price. I like it a lot.
Customer review: The materials inside and out are decent quality considering the price point. Smooth, easy to clean. Has the look and feel of a more expensive bag without the cost. Plenty of space for my 17.3″ laptop, portable 2nd monitor (15.6″), mouse, mouse pad and cords pouch with room to spare. The top zipper is nice too so smaller items aren’t as apt to tumble out if the bag flops over. With everything packed, it stands up without leaning and the straps are long enough for it to be a true shoulder bag even for my larger upper arms (plus sized). I’m starting a new job and have a work laptop to tote around now and this is a perfect sophisticated addition to my work wardrobe!

I use it as my knitting bag and it’s very roomy with plenty of space for multiple projects. What I like best about it is that it stands upright and doesn’t slouch down. Customer review: I love this bag even for the price. I know the price is steep but the quality is insanely good and it is comfortable. I would say the quality equates the price. This one is a smaller backpack, it can probably fit a 13in laptop but it will be a snug fit — so anything bigger definitely won’t fit.
I usually travel with just an 11in iPad pro and that fits perfectly fine. It can holds a light jacket and a water bottle on the inside (and some snacks) but it would be difficult to fit a whole outfit.
I do think the water bottle holders on the side don’t really hold a water bottle. They are pretty small and tight.
Sliding it under an airplane seat leaves plenty of foot room because it is a compact bag. I used to travel with a standard size backpack and the under-seat storage always left it hanging out a little, taking up my foot space, but this one does not. It is a little stiff but I acquaint that to the newness.
If you are looking for a compact, stylish, work/ travel backpack — then this is probably for you (if you are willing to pay the high price)
Customer review: I love it so much I was actually in doubt of it thinking I was going to return it that it may be too big, but it’s actually pretty perfect. This will be great for work easy to grab things easy to find things big expansion, but you can also close it to make it look more medium size, but still looks medium/large size you won’t look ridiculous it looks classy! And oh my God, it is super soft. I can’t stop touching it. Great quality still playing around with it not sure if I should get an organizer or just leave as is. And most importantly the comfort on your shoulder is amazing the straps are a perfect size it does not roll off my shoulder 🙏
